Independently developed and operated by us (hereinafter referred to as “we”), Bakelynk is an all-in-one offline baking assistant and casual bakery simulation app. We take user data privacy protection as a core operating principle, fully comply with global data protection legislation, Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1 and Apple’s official privacy standards, and commit ourselves to delivering secure, offline-focused, worry-free baking recording and casual bakery gameplay services for all home bakers.
This Privacy Policy fully clarifies our rules for collecting, utilizing, storing and safeguarding your personal data, together with all legal data rights you own. Please read and fully understand every clause within this Policy before downloading, installing or accessing Bakelynk, especially the key privacy protection provisions. Your continuous use of all App functions confirms that you fully understand, acknowledge and unconditionally consent to all terms laid out below. I. Categories of Information We May Collect
We only gather information strictly necessary to run core baking tools, recipe storage and casual bakery gameplay, abiding by the standards of legality, proportionality and data minimization. Custom Recipe & Baking Record Data: When creating recipe cards, logging baking journals, saving ingredient formulas and recording bake parameters (temperature, time, pan size, servings, difficulty), you actively input ingredient measurements, baking notes, finished product descriptions and personalized recipe tags. All manually written baking records are solely reserved for your local viewing and sorting, with no background automatic uploads.
Baking Tool Customization Preferences: All personalized settings you adjust within the six offline baking utilities, including preferred unit standards, default timer durations, ingredient substitution filters and poster template styles, are collected only to adapt tool functions to your baking habits and boost operating efficiency.
Local Saved Bakery Archives: Every self-made recipe card, baking log, saved ingredient formula and completed bakery order record you generate is stored exclusively on your mobile device’s local storage. We will never sync these private baking archives to remote cloud servers unless you submit an explicit written authorization for transmission.
Virtual Game Progress Data: Data generated from Master Quest unlock progress, My Bakery stall level, customer order completion records and in-app coin balances, which are used only to retain your casual bakery simulation progress locally.
(II) Special Privacy Protection Rules for Your Sensitive Baking Content
Bakelynk centers on private offline recipe storage and personal baking documentation. Your homemade formulas, baking journal notes and custom recipe photos belong to highly private personal creative content. All such data undergoes full local processing without server uploads, and we enforce strict privacy safeguards compliant with global data compliance standards:
Strict Collection Boundary: We only capture recipe text, baking logs and custom settings that you actively type, import, edit or save via manual operations. No silent background scanning, passive crawling or automatic collection of your private baking content will occur without your active manual input.
Limited Authorized Usage Scope: All submitted baking data is processed locally only to render recipe cards, calculate ingredient scaling, convert baking units, generate timer reminders and display virtual bakery quest progress. This data will never be used to build user profiles, push targeted advertisements, track user identity or serve any purposes unrelated to baking assistance and casual gameplay.
Zero Cloud Storage Rule: Our cloud servers do not store any backup copies of your homemade recipes, baking journals and custom baking notes. Temporary cache generated during unit conversion, recipe scaling and poster preview will be automatically erased once you close the corresponding page or fully exit the App; only manually archived baking content remains stored locally on your device.
Absolute Non-Sharing Commitment: We will never disclose, distribute, rent or transfer your private recipe archives, baking logs and custom baking records to any third-party enterprises, organizations or individuals. All baking calculation, formula rendering and journal processing operations run fully offline on your device with no third-party data processing participation.
(III) Automatically Collected Anonymous Technical Data
Device Technical Metadata: To maintain stable App operation, resolve system compatibility bugs and optimize running fluency, we may anonymously collect non-sensitive device information including device model, iOS system version and App installation build number. Collection of device identifiers such as IDFA / IDFFV will only trigger after you grant corresponding system privacy permissions. All anonymous device metadata cannot be matched to your unique personal identity.
De-Identified Usage Statistics: We aggregate anonymized behavioral statistics recording your frequency of opening baking tools, recipe creation volume, quest completion times and bakery stall interaction frequency. All statistical data is fully stripped of personal identifiers, cannot trace back to individual users, and is only applied to analyzing mainstream user habits to iterate and optimize App baking functions and gameplay experience.
Application Crash & Exception Logs: If the App crashes, freezes or encounters functional errors, brief anonymous operation logs will be generated to record access timestamps, interactive steps and failure triggers. These logs are used solely for technical troubleshooting, bug repair and App security reinforcement, and will never be repurposed for any unauthorized commercial scenarios.
II. Legitimate Purposes for Using Your Personal Data
We limit all data processing activities to the following clearly defined legitimate purposes under the minimal necessity principle:
Deliver, maintain, update and optimize all core App functions, including six offline baking tools, personal recipe library, baking journal, recipe poster generator, Master Quest progression and My Bakery casual simulation gameplay;

Improve App running efficiency, fix cross-device compatibility failures, repair program bugs and continuously upgrade your baking assistant and gameplay experience;

III. Offline Local Processing & Storage Mechanism of Your Private Baking Content
Bakelynk adopts a local-first offline processing architecture. All core baking calculation, recipe rendering, journal recording and gameplay progress calculation operations run independently on your local iOS mobile device:
Fully Offline Local Calculation: Every ingredient scaling conversion, temperature/weight unit conversion, multi-group baking timer operation, recipe poster rendering and virtual bakery progress calculation is completed entirely on your phone hardware. Without your explicit written authorization, we will never transmit your original homemade recipes, baking journal notes or custom baking photos to remote cloud servers.
Exclusive Local Storage Space: All manually saved recipe cards, baking logs, ingredient formulas and bakery quest progress data are preserved only within your device’s local storage. Our cloud servers hold zero copies of your private baking creative data.
Automatic Temporary Cache Cleanup: Short-term temporary cache generated during formula calculation, unit conversion and poster preview is stored locally and automatically cleared upon task completion or full App shutdown. We do not retain any temporary cached baking data long-term.
IV. Sharing, Disclosure and Transfer Regulations for Personal Data
No Unauthorized Third-Party Sharing: Without your clear written consent, we will never share your homemade recipe data, baking journal content, custom photos or any other private personal baking information with external third parties.
Prohibition of Commercial Data Transactions: We will never sell, rent, trade or otherwise commercially transfer your personal baking and device data to any third-party entities for profit-making business purposes.

V. Your Legal Rights Over Personal Information

Right to Access Data: You may review all locally saved homemade recipes, baking journal logs and virtual bakery progress records via the privacy entry located inside App Settings at any time.
Right to Erase Data: You can independently delete any unwanted recipe cards, baking logs and custom saved content within the App at any time. If you wish to clear all personal data associated with your usage history, you may submit a formal application to our customer service team. We will complete full data deletion after identity verification (excluding data required to be retained by mandatory national laws). Temporary calculation cache automatically clears after use and requires no manual deletion operation.
Right to Revoke Permissions: You may withdraw all system permission authorizations granted to Bakelynk through the Privacy & Security panel within your Apple device’s system settings; you can also revoke your consent for our collection and use of personal data via internal App privacy settings. After consent withdrawal, we will cease collecting corresponding categories of your data, yet all prior data processing activities executed under your previous valid consent remain legally valid.
Account Cancellation Right: You may contact official customer service to submit an account cancellation request. After account termination processing is fully completed, we will delete all your bound personal baking data in compliance with legal requirements, and you will permanently lose full access to all free baking tools and paid premium feature privileges.

We will formally reply and provide compliant data rights assistance within 15 working days upon receiving your application.
VI. Protection Policy for Minors’ Personal Information
This App is designed and marketed for adult users aged 18 and above. We will not actively collect personal baking and device data of minors under the age of 18. If you are a minor, you may only use Bakelynk under continuous supervision and explicit written consent of your legal guardian; you are prohibited from independently submitting custom recipe photos, private baking journal notes and other sensitive personal creative content without guardian approval.
If a legal guardian discovers a minor has submitted private baking data and homemade recipe content to our App without prior guardian consent, please promptly contact our official customer service team. After formal identity authentication, we will fully erase all related minor personal baking data and implement functional access restrictions for the minor’s App usage account.
VII. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy to adapt to newly issued global data protection laws, continuous iteration of App baking tool and casual bakery gameplay features, and changing user baking service demands.
